My issue started when I noticed additional policy change payments on my account, which added my monthly payment to $35. Despite calling the office every month and being told "this is the last payment," the charges have continued for 4 months. In an email, I was assured that this was a one-time payment, yet I am still being charged more. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable I cannot recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable service or honest communication."
